This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for services booked through TapovanYoga. By using our website, booking a trainer, or making a payment, you agree to the terms described in this policy. TapovanYoga provides certified personal yoga trainers for home and online sessions across India, and all bookings are processed based on trainer availability and the package selected by the client.

 

All payments made to TapovanYoga are for reserving trainer time slots, planning schedules, and assigning trainers in advance. Therefore, all payments are considered final. Once a package is purchased, the amount is non-refundable under normal circumstances. Clients are requested to review the details, inclusions, and pricing before confirming their booking.

 

TapovanYoga does not offer refunds for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the trainer, changes in personal schedule, loss of interest, slow progress, or lack of expected results, as yoga outcomes vary based on individual dedication and health conditions.

 

If a client wishes to cancel their sessions after payment, the remaining sessions cannot be refunded. However, depending on the situation, Tapovan Yoga may allow rescheduling or extending the validity of unused sessions at its discretion. This is not guaranteed and depends on trainer availability, location, and company policy. 

 

The client understands that a purchased package is valid only for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase and must be utilized within that period unless an extension is granted by the company.

 

If a trainer is unable to attend a session due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, TapovanYoga will arrange a replacement trainer or reschedule the session without additional charges. Refunds are not issued in situations where a replacement trainer is provided.

 

 Clients are required to inform the company at least 12–24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel a session. Last-minute cancellations or frequent rescheduling may result in the session being marked as completed or deducted from the package.

 

If TapovanYoga is unable to assign a trainer within a reasonable timeframe after receiving payment, a partial or full refund may be considered. This applies only in cases where the company is unable to provide the service—not when a client refuses an available trainer or requests specific criteria that cannot be fulfilled. Any refund approved by TapovanYoga will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

 

TapovanYoga is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, political disruptions, or government restrictions. In such cases, the company may offer rescheduling options but is not obligated to provide refunds.

 

Clients must ensure a safe and respectful environment for trainers. If a trainer reports any misconduct, unsafe conditions, harassment, or violation of company policy, Tapovan Yoga may suspend or terminate sessions without refund. Similarly, if the client fails to follow the Terms & Conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior, the company reserves the right to cancel services immediately without issuing a refund.

 

TapovanYoga may update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
